  • Chicken Andouille Gumbo

    Cooked in a dark roux, this gumbo is the essense of South Louisiana cooking. Served with French Bread, a bowl of this stew makes a great meal.

    A traditional Cobb with a gourmet twist. Fresh romaine lettuce striped with egg, tomato, bacon, crumbled bleu cheese, and juicy pieces of filet mignon. Served with house made bleu cheese dressing (feel free to ask for sauteed shrimp or chicken to replace the filet if you like)

    Choose one or two of the famous New Orleans po-boy staples.  Fried in the old New Orleans way, served on fresh baked French bread. Dressed or with ketchup and hot sauce, this is another old school New Orleans favorite

    Giant, fresh boneless chicken breast, grilled or fried, on a brioche bun or wrap

  • Chicory Chicken Sandwich $11.00

    In honor of our facility next door, pulled chicken in our special chicory BBQ sauce. Made with New Orleans chicory coffee, and a little chipotle pepper, this sandwich will delight you with its depth and kick. Topped off with a Zesty slaw.

  • Bayou Burger $11.00

    9 oz. fresh ground beef, charbroiled to order topped with your choice
    of bacon, cheese, and grilled onions.

  • The “Ernster” Sandwich $13.00

    Two of New Orleans most delicious po-boy ingredients combine to make this wonderfully special sandwich. Crispy, fried oysters on a
    layer of rich roast beef debris, drizzled with amazing gravy, on French bread brushed good mayonnaise.

  • Spicy Chicken Sandwich $11.00

    Big, fresh boneless chicken breast, grilled or fried, served with a spicy sauce, and a pile of cheddar cheese on a brioche bun.

  • Roast Beef Po-Boy $12.00

    Another New Orleans favorite. Roast beef debris, simmered in rich brown gravy, layered on fresh French bread, spread with some good mayonnaise. Be sure to get extra napkins!

  • Vegetarian $12.00

    Grilled Portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, arugula, and goat cheese on a brioche bun. Also available as a wrap.

    A dish originated in Louisiana, fresh shrimp are cooked in a savory, rich tomato sauce and served over rice.

  • Fried Shrimp $13.00

    Large shrimp, seasoned, battered, and perfectly fried, served with French fries. Buffalo sauce upon request.

  • Fried Oysters $13.00

    Seasoned Louisiana Oysters, lightly battered, fried until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside

    Fresh, crispy fried fish filet, served with French fries

  • Seafood Platter $18.00

    Combination of shrimp, oysters, redfish, hush puppies, and French fries piled high atop buttered French bread. All of this topped off with crispy fried onion rings: Old school New Orleans at its best

    Crispy fish with a spicy aioli, topped with a zesty slaw, wrapped in flour tortillas. Feel free to ask for grilled fish

    with andouille sausage, alligator sausage, or crispy panko fried chicken–Tradition says this is a Monday dish, but that would waste 6 other days of enjoyment of this wonderful New Orleans standard.

  • Crawfish Etoufee $13.00

    A South Louisiana favorite. The Louisiana vegetable trinity, cookedin a rich roux, finished with Seafood Stock and Crawfish, served over rice. Warm, rich, and perfectly seasoned, it is the perfect cajun dish.
